This private wedding website uses guest information only to operate invitations, attendance planning, wedding communications, and the photo galleries described here.

When an administrator connects Google Drive, the website receives read access for automatic discovery and limited access to files created by the website. It scans only the configured Adlyn & Trey wedding-media folder. Original photos and videos remain in Google Drive; the website database stores private file identifiers, technical metadata, captions, visibility, and synchronization state.

Google credentials and private Drive file identifiers are never intentionally disclosed to public visitors. Administrators can disconnect Drive, stop automatic synchronization, stop automatic publishing, or hide all Drive-backed media at any time.

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
